Facebook - has it been storing data on non-members?

Facebook may have been storing information about people who haven't signed up yet.

More and more concerns about Facebooks privacy policy are being raised, and Facebook Ireland (the European centre) faces investigation about what data is stored, and for how long.

Fibre tapping a security risk for cloud computing

Article in Computing Magazine HERE, on the growing risk of fibre tapping to cloud computing for organisations. Fibre tapping is almost indetectable, and is low risk. It is difficult to analyse as many as 80 data streams, but the potential reward of intercepting and analysing the data is high. With fibre tapping devices and protocol analysers falling in price this is a growing risk.
